Outdoor Activities Liability Disclaimer
To ensure all participating alumni are fully aware of outdoor activity risks, please read the following liability disclaimer before joining.
1. Event Nature
All outdoor activities organized by this club are voluntary, non-profit social events. No guide or management fees are charged.
2. Assumption of Risk
Outdoor activities (hiking, climbing, running) involve inherent risks (falls, injuries, extreme weather, wildlife). All participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and property.
3. Parents & Guardians
Parents bringing minors to activities must supervise their children at all times and assume full liability for their actions and safety.
4. Implied Consent
Registering and showing up to any offline event indicates that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms of this disclaimer.
